Musical Chairs Defines Wealth

Poverty is the shortage of common things such as food, clothing, shelther and drinking clean water. According to Mollie Orshansky, who developed the poverty measurement used by the U.S government , he thinks the poor is to be deprised of those goods and services and pleasures with others around them. Poverty may affect individuals or groups, and not confined throughtout the nations. Poverty is manifest in a set of social problems including homeless and housing clusters. Poverty is usually measured as either absoulte or relative poverty. Absolute poverty refers to a set of consistent overtime. Economic aspects of poverty focus on material needs, such as the use of daily living, foods, clothing, shelter or water. Poverty in this sense may be understood as a conditon in which a person or community is lacking in the basic needs for a minimum standard of well being of life.

Poverty in the United Stated is a major problems. Over 40 billion people are living below the poverty line. Americans are homeless due to drug, illness, low education and diseases. We cant blame it on the poor people for being stupid, the problems is that the poverty produces theese stupid drugs to cause people problems, but i think i can blame on those people that drop out of school with no knowledge at all.

In class we demonstated how poverty works by muscial chairs. Through musical chairs the games goes like this. There are numbers of people on the classroom and chair are being set in the middle of the room. Depending how many people there are, a seat will be taking away. throughtout the gamem someone and a chair will be taken out, there were reserveed chair for certain people that are never removed. SOme people just gave us, some didnt care but still had the change to win. For example, kevin cound manage to find himself a seat thought he doesnt care. at last people were fighting for the chair and only one winnder claim to be hogging up the power. all the chair represnted all the americans wealth. and there were this other activity that demonstates the shate of national wealth. People that share chair has a 20percent of wealth and the people with 3 chairs holds 60 percent of the wealth.
