Food Question Assignment

My person question : How are fish healthy for you?

Fish are very healthy for people that has heart problems. Studies show that eating fish once a weekm espesically cold water species in omega 3 fatty acid can reduce the risk of heart problems, prevent or reliveve depression. Salmon are incredible fish that travels thousand of miles. Their flesh ranges in different colors with 3 fatty acids. Salmon is low in calories and saturated fats. They have excellent source of selenium, very good source of protein. Fish can make your body stronger and live much stronger.

My family use to sell fish and they make a lot of money. A lot of chinese people will come to my dads store and buy 10 pounds of fish. Sometimes i see people from other county come over to the america to buy so many fish so they can bring it back to their people and survive longer.
