What does it feel like to be a American? How do people face their Amercia Way of Life? The American Way of Life is a way to look deep inside your life. There are many aspects that Americans can depend on. Such as the economy, resources, and democracy. People have different views on how they survive throughout the AWOL. Every single one of us have many types if experiences of living according to their country, how they are raised, and their own point of views. However, judging each indivisuals survival, many Americans dont have the opportuinity to fullfill their expectations on life.
According ti my family beliefs, the way to be an American is to have pride and wealth. But, the most important aspect is freedom. i am implying that money is capable of buying happiness but so is trying to finding a way to live a good life, filled with happiness. The steps of earning that freedom is by having a good education, which would gradually lead to getting yourself a good job or career, then you;ll be able to build your own living.
Not only does our expertations steer our life, purpose of the Contitution are to allow people to have equal rights and a chance to be part of the country. Each amendments has its own meaning which bring wealth and freed to others. The Constitution ensures that laws in any other states should be respected. This means that there could be gay marriage and cannot stop people from doing something legal in their state. Rich people arent allow to have slaves to work for them because the Constitution restated that if slaves fled from their owner, non- white people are able to get slaves. The amendments also allow people to hold guns for their own protection. But of course, not everyone should be able to have a gun because of the bad training. It is also dangerous for a children to be carrying a gun because it may run loose. The amendments also allow female to vote because there could be a change in the future, when there is a female president. The Constitution gaves America the freedom and equality. This allow people to be safe. Also the amendments also brings safelty to the state, because they have those machine that search people.
Holidays is a celebration where families and friends becomes one group of the society. People from all over the world, join together and celebrate holidays. This year during Thankgiving vacation, i didn not do much. I mostly stay at home and log on to my computer. Since, my family doesnt celebrate Thankgiving, i think theres no meaning of this holiday. Thankgiving is suppose to be a holiday to be with your friends and family and give thanks, but people gives thank to one other when it is a normal day. I notice that this holiday reveals the American Way of Life by having a big dinner but in the lifestyle in American we have dinner everyday with the same people.
Black Friday happens to be on Thankgiving. I was at New Jersey with my anut and cousin, My cousin wanted to go shopping and i dont see the point of this day. Wow, it is great it is half percent off but people are so greedy. When i got to Preium Outlet, the price wasnt half percent off, it was almost near the orginial price. When i heard about the Wal Mart event that a man was trumpled to death during black friday. People just rush in and doesnt give a shit whether a pregnant lady fell, babies on the floor. Why you need black friday, you just need a normal day and shop. I seem a lot of people on the weekend going shopping and got a lot of shit. People trying to save money is the reason, which brings death. This is American Way of Liufe, people doesnt give a shit about others, just themselves. Money is the obession.
Although Christmas happens to be once in a year and i wasnt looking forward spending my time in the house with my mom telling me what to do. I want to go out and hang out with my girlfriend or friends. I dont recieve gifts, i dont enjoy it with my family. So i thnk this holiday is also a lie. Christmas is suppose to be a break for celebration. I didnt do shit and have empty handed. But this year, 2008, i lied to my parent about going to New Jersey to learn how to drive, but deadass, i wanted to get away from my parent. I had fun with my cousin and recieve gifts from my girlfriend and friends. I dont know how other family celebrate it but Chinese parent doesnt allow their kid to go out in such a holiday like this. This show that the American Way of Life is filled with lies and greeds.

Many brought up the issues of making money, looking for business and receiving freedoms.The first person I interview was around my school and she is a black single mother, who is taking care of 3 children and her disabled brother. By the way she dresses I think she is around the poor class. Her opinion about the American way of life is wondering why life is so hard to survive. “I am just a single mother and I just pick my kids up from school. Their father left them and I don’t think I can manage to watch my kids.” “I just want to know when I can get a break.” Basically, this single mother thinks that the American way of life is unsatisfied. It is overwhelming and distracting. Overall it is causing too much trouble for her to do many things at a time.
The second person I interview is a black male, who is around the middle group. He was carrying a big suitcase and was eating a hotdog on his way to work. His opinion base on the American way of life is that making money is too difficult. “I just got off the train and on my way to my second job. Everyday of my life I wake up around 6am to take my kid to school and get to my office at 8am. Work my ass off for money till 3pm and run to my second job.” This person is working hard for money and I probably think that his wife is just being a lazy bitch.
The third person I interview is a Hispanic female, who is around the rich group. She was carrying 5 big bags and walking with her friends. Her opinion base on the American way of life is having a lovely family. “I just want to say thank you to my husband for making a lot of money. My kids are already heading to college and I just went shopping with my friends.” This person is lucky to have such a wonderful family and her American way of life is just having a lovely family. Interviewing different people from different area gave me the opportunity to learn more about the American way of life. Some people are having trouble facing life and some is just too happy for life. Americans define the world as selfish and unfair. I seem to agree with these people because life is unfair to me and i dont get what i want. It makes Americans show a sense of humor throughout their obligations. As you know everyone celebrate different kind of holidays and they just go shopping and spend their money on useless crap, such as toys for their kid, video games and stuff that wont help them through out life. As i mentioned before, holidays is a day to spend time with friends, exchange gifts and thats another reason to show howcome americans lose money. While poor people is trying to make money and the rich is just throwing them into the ocean. As Chinese New Year, is heading toward us, I seen a lot of people buyin flowers and giving money away. Chinese people rushing to the salon to get a new hair style, running to store to get make up. I dont get why people waste money just to look pretty.
A new year just happen and America has a new 2009 president, Mr. Obama. And it aslo means that there will be a Inauguration Day, when the new presdient make a speech of how they going to fix our nation, Obama announced that we aint looking back into the pass, we are putting our minds, our spirit into accomplishment. We are setting new goals to tackle and reform a new environment to live on. Obama's speech gave us condifent when he sure did promise to us that he will brings us new hopes. This event rely on the American Way of Life because it show how every 4 to 8 years, someone is going to change the world we are living on. Trying to make it better but we will find out.

Inauguration Response
Have you ever wonder whats going to happen if we didnt get bless by god and all the 44 presidents? What will the world be like? These questions came out of my mind when i was watching the inauguration. Being American is a way to sucess throughout this nation, with many people helping America, there's no way we can get defeated. As god was mentioned a lot of time during the video, he made this world for us and Obama know for a fact that god is on our side, cheering for us to rebuild this nation. A priest was saying a prayer to bless America and Obama for being the 44th president. I think many people doesnt believe in god, but i believe god is blessing all of us. Even thought theres bibles and priests to speak about god but still people doesnt believe in such a angel. But once Obama announce about god and how he is a savior. i am sure that America has hope.

Have you ever wonder who came up with the idea of labors, alienation, and the surplus labor? These past few days during history class, Andy bought up a topic of how workers work for money, which is very relevant to the American Way of Life. Karl Marx was the man of everything. He was born in German and known as the philospher, political economist and the founded of communism. A well famous man that argued that capitalism will produce internal tenisons which leads to struggle. He also wrote an essay called Estranged Labor, restateing his thoughts of replacing capitalism with feudalism.
After Mr. Marx read about the Communist Manifesto, he disagree about the point of how capitalism should be ended through the Communist Party. That he didnt believe workers worked the same way by arguring that work is a social activity and a conditions or forms to be change over time. Marx's history focus on labor and just basic resources for product goods. In order for someone to produce work or labor, they work and get paid for the work. They are working just to survive.

Winter Holiday
During the christmas break, i wasnt looking forward of celebrating this break because every year when christmas shows up i dont recieve present or get anything special. i dont get to see my wifey in a while, which makes my heart incomplete. It is very hard to live life without her. If i have a chance to explain more about my love life, you guy will want to be like me. So lets put that on the side and get back to my break. So i wasnt allow to chill with my friends and mostly stay home and listen to my mom. But this year i enjoy it. I get to go out and be with my girlfriend. She put a smile on my face and i recieve a big ass gift from her and also from my parent. I went to new jersey with my cousin and stay over for almost a week. Like i said before, it was nice to get away from my parent once in a while. I dont have to paid any atention to them. Over at my anuts home, we went shopping and had a big dinner. I got my air jordan 7s and a sidekick LX. what a gift and hopefully every break will turn out to be this year, 2008. On the 30th i have to get back to New York to celebrate our 16months anniversary. My anut and uncle stay over at my place and we just gamble and have fun.

No parent telling you to go to bed and me and my cousin just gether up together and play. We also went shopping and i was trying to get my wifey a gift. OMG! i swear, i had a lot of fun. Well at New Year Eve, i went back home and my cousin stay over. We had a lot of fun. My mom was out of the house and i didnt have to do anything, so i just play and talk to my wifey on the phone. But, once my mom end up getting home, i have to help her to clean the house and get ready to pray to my ancestors for better luck. We had hot pot for dinner and my parent gave me lucky money to earn more lucks.
Althought, connecting my New Year to the American Way of Life, Chinese people mostly have a task to do at home. The mother and the child clean the house and the father just set up the event, by cooking and burning money to our anecstors. Parents will distrub lucky money and we had to pray to our ancerstor just for lucks and respects. Althought, my family doesnt celebrate Christmas, it is also reflected on the American Way of Life. Christmas is a holiday when people recieve gifts from their families and friends. The person that is recieveing the gift does earn something special because she/ he did something good. My cousin stole my dads camera and i was the one who got it back. I did something good, so my dad reward me with a sidekick LX. Election * update during break*
The presidental elections of 2008 was very delightful and awesome. But i have to admit, i wasnt sure if i was happy or proud. I aint a person thats into election or going to wait for a "special" president to change the world around. Americans is very excited and we are trying to get america back to its feet which shows a lot of bravey, but guess what it will never happen. There are a lot of president that tried but they didnt do anything good. But i am a American, i still believe one day someone can change our history. Obama, i aint so sure you're the right president to work things out but yeah. give it a shot. When my classmates surprising heard that Obama win, they were so happy. they think Obama was the heroic and the only one that can save us. we didnt see anything and he didnt do anything yet. i was pretty sure that the election was a screw up. My other friend wasnt waiting for a black president to mess up the world even more. i was counting on McCain. But since, american chose him, let see if our hopes will shine. Obama appears to be famous because i seem people wearing his t shirt and people is despoit more money to the school. at the end of the election, everyone was happy and cried with pride. Thankgiving is a holiday where american gives thank to others, a day where family and friends share wonderful thoughts. Thankgiving also include black friday, where americans goes out for shopping with a great deal of prices. Thankgiving is suppose to be excited and doesnt concer death. But during that holiday, a man who worked at wal mart was killed by customers. The people doesnt care about anything just the shit they wants. Despite the fact that customers just bargs into the store leaving the worker hurt. This reflects to the American Way of Life becuase people just care about themselves and not others. This shoes that american can be so greddy and reach their needs by the harmful way. To me, i think Black Friday shouldnt be allow, it is just so stupid in a way because by lowering the prices just makes tragedy. People wants this and that. They dont get it, they have to killed someone for it. And believe it or not, i was shopping on Black Friday and the price was raise or the new price is very close to the regluar price. People just dont give a crab about anything. I seem a lot of people like this before and it is not funny. If you were the person that got your shit rob, you definalty know how it feels to lose something very important to you.

How would you amend the Constitution?
Have you ever wonder whats going to happen if we didnt have a Constitution? What could we face and how will we survive? America lives in a world with laws, a law is a rule or principal that everyone must follow. The Constitution is "the highest law" which was made from the federal government. The Constitution possibly isnt that sucessful so americans make changes due to the amendments. The Constitution has many ideas because it gives people tge privilege to enjoy their lives. But in America, american goes against those laws and doesnt seem to care.
I think the problem american faces is dealing with drugs and alcohol. If i were to amend the Constitution, i will eliminate the 25th amendment. The Constitution holds many ideas but it is not perfect enough to save America. Drinking smoking is a way to ruined america because it danger our resources and economy. You know that healing a person life takes a lot of energy and resources from us and there isnt that many doctor that knows how to save lives. This is a problem we all face, people lose money and eventually they will lose their own life. The amendment says that the age of 20 are allow to drink, but your life will be thrill if something goes wrong. If we remove the 25th amendment, "Yes We Can" save many people lives and the ecomonic will run well.

Overall i think the Constitution main purpose was to give powers to the 3 main branches. The amendments are a set of rules or laws that is trying to make America the best. Mostly the Constitution set a goal for the government to decide what amendment should write to make America reach our goals. It was obvious that the Preamble was written by the government to reach the human freedom and powers. The government's jobs is to make America a better society. For the presidental, president was allow to recieve powers right after the election. The Constitution is trying to change America into a less democracy. Each amendments gave america a clean new start, but once people earn too much power they simply dominant the rules.
How does the Constitution, as amend, create/ constrain/ shape the American Way of Life?
When you read about the Constitution, do you think it means anything? Well, hell yeah! The constitution gave us the freedom and equality to do whatever we wants but we still have to follow the laws. In america, people loves to meet new faces and enjoy the day with respect. The Constitution is written to give people the right to make their own choice. The Constitution gives non- american people to come into america to migrate and feel free. Constitution gives us values we must accomplish and enjoy AWOL. American should be proud that the constitution exist because without it, we have no background and we cant survive and we could aslo get abuse.
The Constitution brings us to our feet and get bless by the resources. It gave everyone the best life ever and the freedom of speech to do whatever we want. It gave us the opporunity to be the rich or poor and communicate with other people.

what is the importance of the 12 - 15th amendments?
These amendments throughtout the Constitution are very importand because it gives the people their own needs. Amendments 12 - 15 are the ways the government wants their demoicracy to be structure. It is the ways to changes every group of people and to show a impact on the president throughtout different outcomes. Amendment 12 shows us how a president must follow its rules after s/he wins the elections. Amendment 13 introduced the big play for the slaves who were raised or born in the United States, shall be treated with respecr depending on their lives. Amendment 14 is referring to the laws that cannot be made to go againsst slavery. This amendment also include that all people are treated equaily. And amendment 15 says that everyone has the right to vote, but no women at this point not until the 19th amendment. This amendment shall not be counted on based on the color, any society and gender. These four amendments are important because they show how the United States us being change and created to end slavery. This is create to let everyone to have equal rights. It also gives everyone a chance to vote.
